Bookings

The availability calendar and indicative price come from the management tool Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin, Germany). No personal data is passed to it from this site. The rental terms are set out in our reply to your request.

Personal data

The booking request form collects your last name, first name, e-mail address, the dates and make-up of your stay and, if you wish, your phone number, postal address and a message. This data is used only to reply to you and prepare your stay; it is never sold or used for commercial purposes. Your request is stored in a database run by our host Cloudflare, whose primary location is in Western Europe, and then forwarded to our Gmail inbox; submission is protected against bots and abuse, without cookies and without storing your IP address.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the use of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at domainekinny@gmail.com. Requests are kept for no more than three years and then deleted automatically.

Audience measurement

To understand how the site is used, we count the pages viewed: page, language, device type, country and referring site, added up into daily totals. This count uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not record your IP address and cannot identify you. It does not take place if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. The totals are hosted by Cloudflare in Western Europe and kept for 25 months.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
